  • The SigW regulon is induced by alkaline shock and by polymyxin B, vancomycin, cephalosporin C, D-cycloserine, and triton X-100.
  • The SigW regulon is downregulated in a rocG gudB mutant PubMed
  • The SigW regulon mediates resistance to cell wall antibiotics
