Foldseek search

Foldseek (van Kempen et al., 2024) and Foldseek-Multimer (Kim et al., 2025) allow fast and accurate searching for protein structures on SubtiWiki. For this implementation, the easy-multimersearch module is used with default options. Use the Foldseek Search Server for more options and see the Foldseek documentation for technical details.

You can use the form to upload structures or to fetch them from PDB or AlphaFold DB.
