A ncRNA is predicted between 'YfmI' and 'YfmG', this has been shown to encode the leader peptide, YfmH PubMedExpression of yfmG is controlled by YfmH-mediated attenuation: slow translation rates of YfmH due to amino acid limitation prevent the formation in the yfmG leader (reduced expression of yfmG if amino acids are available in excess) PubMed
