• MtrB: prevents expression of the trpE-trpD-trpC-trpF-trpB-trpA operon and the pabA, trpP, and ycbK gene in the presence of tryptophan

• RplT: prevents expression of the infC-rpmI-rplT-ysdA operon

• PyrR: prevents expression of the pyrR-pyrP-pyrB-pyrC-pyrAA-pyrAB-pyrK-pyrD-pyrF-pyrE operon
